Here are 10 reasons why you should give Your Path Life Coaching a go

  1. Asking for help means you accept the fact there is an imbalance in your life, and you open yourself up to the possibility of change and acceptance of your past, present, and future self, a process that I am able to facilitate.

  2. With a Life Coach supporting you, you are no longer alone. I will accompany you on your path to a more enjoyable life. I will walk beside you and guide you in a safe environment where you can feel free of worry, fear and judgment.

  3. You discover what YOU want to do, who YOU want to be or where YOU want to go instead of what is suggested to you by someone else or what is beneficial to others.

  4. You set the target and the pace according to what is comfortable for you.

  5. I can help you set realistic and achievable goals using the SMART chart - Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic and Timed. These goals are written down (and amended if necessary) and signed by you, so you remain committed to the task at hand. If something doesn’t work out for you then I am open to reassess and re-align the goal posts with you.

  6. I encourage you to share your goals, your progression and your successes with your associates to keep your morale levels high. A support team of family members, relatives, work colleagues or friends can be very beneficial.

  7. It's very easy to lose focus or get sidetracked if there are long gaps between sessions, so I regularly follow up on your progress by email, phone or Skype. I do this so you can ask any questions that arise (or that you might not have asked during the session), to remind you that help is only a call / email away, and to see how you are progressing.

  8. Confidentiality and working within the law is very important to me. I believe Life Coaching is founded on the principles of trust and maintaining integrity. Talking for the first time about a problem or a past experience requires mutual trust, respect and rapport between client and Coach. These beliefs are how I can demonstrate to you that your trust in me, and Your Path Life Coaching is not misplaced.

  9. I encourage reflection and emphasize the importance of looking at the changes that come about as a result of your hard work. For example, you no longer fly off the handle when you get short notice of a change in the meeting time at work, or at home you are more tolerant to other family members opinions. It is essential to reward your successes, and use them as the driving force for achieving complete satisfaction.

  10. As you discover you abilities through the work you do with your Life Coach, I can show you how to use your imperfections to your advantage.
